Tikashi Fukushima (1920 - 2001) was active/lived in Brazil.  Tikashi Fukushima is known for Abstract painting.

A Brazilian-Japanese painter, Tikashi Fukushima was born in Rio de Janeiro on Jan. 19, 1920 and died on Oct. 14, 2001 in Sao Paulo.  He is considered one of the most important abstractionists of Brazil, both figurative and non-figurative.

His son Takashi Fukushima (b. 1950) is also a painter.
